Registration

Enrollment at Saint Stanislaus Kostka Catholic School is open to all students, regardless of religious affiliation, race, gender, or ethnic origin.
To ensure the integrity of our admissions process, final admissions decisions are made by our principal, Mrs. Delaney, based on the needs of the individual child and the school community. Please note that students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years of age on or before August 1st of that year.

To help us meet your child’s needs, please follow these steps for enrollment:

  1. Submit an Enrollment Packet and registration fee for each child you are enrolling
  2. Schedule a tour of Saint Stanislaus Kostka Catholic School
  3. Participate in an interview with our principal, Mrs. Delaney
  4. Schedule your child’s admissions test
  5. Submit copies of the following for your child:
  • Birth certificate
  • Baptismal certificate (if Catholic)
  • Immunization records
  • Most recent report card
  • ISTEP test scores, CTBS-4 test scores, or equivalent testing
  • Support service evaluation reports, if applicable (IEP, ICEP, or Section 504)*

A smaller number of students provides for a better learning environment, therefore our maximum class size in all grades is 20 students. Students are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis until classes are full; however, the following students are given priority for admissions:

  • Currently enrolled students in good standing
  • Siblings of currently enrolled students (including preschoolers)
  • Currently enrolled Catholic preschoolers, based on length of participation
  • Currently enrolled non-Catholic preschoolers, based on length of participation
  • Catholic students who are members of St. Stanislaus Kostka parish
  • Catholic students who are members of other Catholic parishes
  • New, non-Catholic families
* Saint Stanislaus Kostka Catholic School accepts students with special needs when those needs can be met through reasonable accommodations. Please fully disclose the nature and known extent of your child’s challenges at the time of registration so we can assess whether we are able to fully meet your child’s needs. We want to ensure that all children receive a quality education, even if we are not the ones able to provide it
